The Carson Upholstered Headboard is crafted to order in Tasman, New Zealand with a production lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks to dispatch (products with metal components are approximately 8-10 weeks).

All our made to order furniture pieces are shipped around New Zealand by our own caring team where possible, using specialised furniture trucks. Delivery costs vary depending on the volume of furniture and the delivery location.

Delivery times fluctuate but are typically between 1-2 weeks following dispatch, depending on your location. Our customer service team will keep you updated with estimated dispatch timings and liaise with you around delivery.

You have the choice of two delivery options:

  • Option 1 - Furniture is delivered into place and packaging removed. Excludes any assembly and anything that requires lifting assistance we rely on you to provide this.
  • Option 2 - Furniture is delivered into place and if any pieces require a two-man lift we will take care of that. We will also remove packaging and assemble any necessary items (e.g. Beds, Tables) this does not include installation of headboards.
